SHIPPING POLICY
We usually ship your order the same day if placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM.
- Shipping is free in NL & BE for orders over €149.
- Your package will always be shipped insured and registered to ensure safe arrival. A signature is required upon receipt of this package.
- Your order is insured up to €500 by PostNL. Shipping costs are €7.95 (rate for shipping within the Netherlands).
In case of an incorrect address provided, the responsibility lies entirely with the customer.
I’M ME JEWELLERY is not liable for packages lost by PostNL.
All jewelry is carefully packaged in a beautiful box where you can also store the jewelry.
Ordering from a country other than the Netherlands?
Please check for yourself about customs and import duties, local taxes, permits, and product restrictions. Additional costs charged by the destination country are for the recipient of the package.
RETURN POLICY
A happy customer is our goal!
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
If not, you have the right to return within 14 days after receiving your order.
Transport costs are not included in the product price, which we believe is fair. Otherwise, a customer who does not return would pay a higher price.
We will refund the value of the product, not the transport costs.
There is no exchange process. You can, of course, place a new order yourself.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- The returned product must be unused and unworn. We want to make someone else happy with it!
This means there are no stains on the earrings and no perfume or smoke smell around the product. Items damaged by wearing or trying on cannot be returned. - The returned product must be carefully packed in the original packaging (bubble envelope and/or the original box). The package (letterbox package) must be sufficiently stamped and posted. Return costs are at your own expense.

The risks of return transport lie with you. Therefore, it is advisable to return by means of a PostNL insured parcel. To avoid extra costs: read carefully what dimensions the package may have and how heavy it may be.
